You are warmly invited to join the conference "The Global World: Crisis Management Imperatives, Modernization, Institutions" to be held by Southern Federal University on the 24^th-26^th of May, 2012, in Rostov-on-Don, Russia.

The goal of the conference is to discuss the major issues of the modern world economy; the theory and practice of modernization; economic trends in Russia and in the world. The conference will bring together Russian scientists, businessmen and government officials, foreign guests.

The Conference covers plenary and section meetings, "round table" discussions. Conference working languages are Russian and English.

Conference sessions:

1.  Russia's economic modernization: features and trends.

2. Philosophy of Economy: perspective of the modern world order.

3. Institutional and evolutionary development factors in the modern world.

4. The evolution of the institution of bankruptcy in the context of the global downturn.

5. Finance, accounting, entrepreneurship: national-global ratio.

6. Private, state, regional, municipal management: international and national cooperation experience.

7. Economic development dynamics and prospects in the post-Soviet area.

8. Econometric techniques for the analysis of modern economic processes.

9. Student Session of the conference.

Important days:

The registered participants will be included in the conference program and  welcome  to present their reports/papers on the conference issues and take part in "round tables" discussions. The conference proceedings will be published.

Registration Fee includes: attendance at scientific sessions; conference materials; certificate of attendance; coffee breaks during the conference; conference dinner and excursion; publication of Conference Proceedings; VAT.
